Description
Alpaca fiber surpasses its competitors in the preservation of body heat. Even in wet conditions, alpaca socks keep the heat thanks to the hollow fiber that holds the air in its center and thus isolates the foot.
Synthetic fibers, such as acrylic microfibers, also provide superior moisture transfer, a winning solution when combined with alpaca fiber. Curly alpaca socks inside are thicker and warmer because their loops catch the air, providing warmth and insulation against the cold. The stockings made with a combination of these natural and synthetic fibers, as well as with Terry construction offer the best protection against the cold.
Our alpaca socks are designed/made in Quebec and of superior quality. When manufactured, the largest amount (weight) of alpaca fiber was used compared to any other alpaca socks currently available on the market.
They do not loose their shape thanks to acrylic and elastane. More durable, the tips of the toes and heels have been reinforced.
Curly inside, these socks are ideal for outdoor activities such as: Snowmobiling, hiking, snowshoeing, hunting, ice fishing, sliding sports, outdoor skating …
The natural properties of alpaca fiber will keep your feet dry and warm.
